Sunday 8:00am – Sunday Fun Run (Meet at Gazebo)
Guest Policy – Not a member? Not a problem!  Guests are welcome.  To join us for Sunday’s long run, please contact Nanette to let us know you are coming.

In-Season Training Schedule (June – October)

Weekly Training Schedule

Tuesday 6:30pm – Speed Training  (meet at Glenbard West Track)
Thursday 6:30pm –  Mid Week Long Run (meet at Gazebo)
Sunday 6:30am – Training Long Run (Meet at Gazebo)
Sunday 8:00am – Walking/5k Training (Meet at Gazebo)
*season ends following the Chicago Marathon.  The Sunday following the Chicago Marathon is the Bagel Run at 8am.
