Running Programs

To help members accomplish running goals, a few different running programs are available.

Marathon Training  – Running Programs For All

MARATHON Training

Our most popular program, has different levels for the novice, intermediate and advanced runners. This program starts in June and ramps up the mileage to prepare for the Fall marathon season.

SPEED TRAINING

To set personal bests, once may consider going faster.  The speed training program puts an emphasis on speed work to condition your body to go faster.
